We are looking for results-driven Sales Executives with experience in the Saudi Arabian market, preferably in luggage, bags, travel accessories or lifestyle retail. The ideal candidates should have a good network of retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and trading companies and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow sales across assigned territories within Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, wholesalers, and independent retailers.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Increase product distribution visibility and market penetration across KSA.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Execute new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure optimum stock availability and minimize stock-outs at customer locations.
- Monitor sell-out performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and demand plans.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer credit.
- Submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in luggage, travel accessories, bags, fashion accessories, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi hypermarket, retail, wholesale, and trading market.
- Existing relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and trading companies in KSA.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Good command of English;
Arabic is an advantage.
