Conduct thorough inspections of completed welds to identify any defects or inconsistencies, utilizing precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols to minimize hazards and promote a safe working environment for all team members.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to discuss project timelines and welding requirements, ensuring alignment and timely completion of tasks.

Assist in training junior welders, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor welding equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality, reporting any issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovations in welding techniques, helping to drive operational efficiency.

Document and maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used and hours worked, to support project tracking and reporting.
