Responsibilities- Prepare work site equipment and layout.
- Make improvement proposals on installation manuals, design and methods.
- Manage and lead installation teams and subcontract staff according to installation manuals and drawings.
- Liaise with client representatives.
- Follow project timelines and safety rules.
- Check and manage material inventory.
- Assess project progress and provide input to the Project Manager.
- Prior relevant work experience in industrial sector (considered a plus).
- Driver's license is a must.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Netherlands based candidate preferred.
- Ongoing industry training and certifications (e.g., health and safety).
- International and local travel.
