Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Electrician / Electrical Technician to support the construction department by maintaining, repairing, testing, and preparing electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment used across projects and site operations.

The role will support the KES Construction team, which delivers One-Source Solution projects covering design, fabrication, and installation for industrial customers. The team supports equipment installation and maintenance across refinery, petrochemical, power station, and heavy industrial facilities in the region.

• Maintain, repair, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment used in project and site operations.
• Prepare, organize, sort, pack, and coordinate equipment, cables, machines, and tools to ensure readiness for site execution.
• Inspect equipment to identify faults, defects, errors, or maintenance requirements and support reliable equipment performance.
• Provide onsite maintenance support during plant shutdowns, primarily at refineries and power stations.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work based on project requirements while maintaining accurate records.
• Build constructive working relationships with colleagues and project teams to support safe and reliable execution.

• Knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair practices.
• Electrical qualification or certification relevant to the role.
• Exposure to the use of hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and related maintenance equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and safe working practices.

• Competent soldering skills.
• Exposure to maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment, plasma machines, power distribution boards, grinders, cutting machines, air compressors, and electronic cables.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance activities within refinery, power generation, or industrial environments.
• Exposure to supporting turnaround, shutdown, and project-site activities.
