About the Role:
The main role is to execute predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance activities to ensure reliable equipment performance and support safe and continuous production operations. In addition, the position will troubleshoot electrical faults, maintain electrical panels and wiring, support equipment reliability and performance improvement, and assist operators with basic electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Execute predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule.
- Review job orders, determine work priorities, and perform repair, maintenance, and installation activities.
- Read electrical diagrams, troubleshoot electrical faults, and repair electrical panels, wiring, and connections.
- Support equipment reliability and performance improvement by identifying operational losses and implementing defined countermeasures.
- Perform safety risk analysis and pre-work safety checks before starting maintenance activities.
- Follow QHSE procedures and ensure the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate with production teams to improve maintenance practices and standards.
- Coach and support operators in basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and standard maintenance routines.
- Use digital maintenance tools and predictive maintenance analytics to support effective electrical maintenance.
:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience in predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance.
- English language proficiency.
- Basic level IT skills.
:
- Full capability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical panels.
- Ability to execute electrical wiring and connections.
- Basic knowledge of automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance equipment, tools, materials, and procedures.
- Ability to use digital maintenance tools such as AMM Mobile and predictive maintenance analytics.
