Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Installation Technician

• Install and configure smart switches, sensors, smart lights, cameras, door locks, video doorbells, thermostats, and other IoT devices.
• Install and terminate network cables, power connections, and low-voltage wiring.
• Mount devices according to installation drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Configure Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, and access points for smart-home devices.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network communication issues.
• Ensure reliable connectivity between IoT devices and the home automation controller.
• Knowledge of WiFi / Zigbee protocol and smart devices.
• Install and configure IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, video doorbells, access-control devices and Sound systems.
• Configure remote viewing through mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot camera connectivity and recording issues.

• Technical skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems, smart home/office devices, and basic network hardware.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system, connectivity, and configuration issues using appropriate tools and methods.
• Practical understanding of low-voltage wiring, cabling, and safe handling of electrical and electronic components.
• Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills for planning visits, recording work, and following procedures.
• Clear communication and customer service skills to explain systems, train users, and address client concerns professionally.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam and adapt to a hybrid work environment, including occasional after-hours if required.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, networking, ICT, or a related field; field experience in security or automation systems is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed; familiarity with safety standards and best practices.
