Excavator Operator

We are recruiting experienced Excavator Operators on behalf of a well-established and diversified Saudi group with over 40 years of history and a workforce of more than 4,000 employees.

Operating across heavy equipment, construction, transportation, logistics and industrial services, the organisation is continuing to expand and strengthen its heavy equipment operations across major projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently across construction, excavation and earthmoving activities.
• Carry out trenching, digging, grading, loading and site preparation activities.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Identify and report mechanical faults, defects and maintenance requirements.
• Follow site safety procedures, operating instructions and HSE standards.
• Work closely with site supervisors and other equipment operators to achieve operational targets.

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience operating excavators within construction, infrastructure, earthmoving or heavy equipment operations.
• Valid Saudi heavy equipment operator licence or relevant operating authorisation for excavators.
• Recognised excavator operator training certificate or competency certification.
• Good understanding of excavation techniques, equipment safety and daily inspections.
• Ability to operate excavators independently and safely in active site environments.
• Previous experience working on large construction or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Ability to work on operational sites and projects as required.
