Job Overview
Estrella Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Full‑Time Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is exciting, fast‑paced, and rewarding. Ideal candidates possess impeccable organizational skills, flawless customer service communications, and unsurpassed multitasking abilities. We are willing to train the right person.
We are looking for full‑time team members available to work 4‑10 hour shifts per week, including Saturdays.
Work EnvironmentEstrella Veterinary Hospital has been providing excellent veterinary care in our community for over 40 years. We currently are a 3‑doctor practice located in Capistrano Beach.

Responsibilities- Provide friendly, informative customer service in person and over the phone
- Triage patient needs to appropriate staff
- Answer multi‑phone line, address customer needs, schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding needs
- Client check‑in and check‑out; processing payments
- Conduct cash control
- Create and maintain digital patient files
- Ensure lobby is clean and inviting
- Open and close hospital
- Other tasks as required by the team and hospital
- Veterinary industry experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with veterinary practice management software preferred
- Ability to multi‑task while managing high call volumes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Process end‑of‑day cash calculation
- Comfortable around all companion animals
$18‑$21 per hour, depending on skillset and experience.
