Marriott is hiring a Seasonal Recreation Experience Expert to create memorable activities for guests at our resort property. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate seasonal recreation programs, including poolside games, kids' activities, fitness or outdoor experiences, and special events. You'll welcome guests, explain activities, ensure safety guidelines are followed, and maintain clean, well-stocked recreation areas. Working closely with the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, you'll help promote events, manage equipment, and respond to guest feedback, delivering warm, attentive service that reflects Marriott's people-first culture.
