Job Summary

Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Controller, for a privately-held / well-established service company in Orange County. Organization has a track record of success and is poised for growth in 2026.

• Streamlining of company policies and procedures
• Management of operational accounting staff
• Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Be able to effectively partner with different departments for financial reporting and analysis
• Play a key role with ownership and executive team for decision-making purposes
• Manage ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 10 + years of relative experience, CPA License, be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
