- Streamlining of company policies and procedures
- Management of operational accounting staff
- Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Be able to effectively partner with different departments for financial reporting and analysis
- Play a key role with ownership and executive team for decision-making purposes
- Manage ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 10 + years of relative experience, CPA License, be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
