Cashier - Dana Point

The Cashier at Mother’s Market provides exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions. Cashiers are ambassadors of Mother’s Market’s mission, creating a welcoming, friendly, and health-conscious shopping experience for every guest.

Wage Range
: $17-$20/hour

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
• Handle cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment responsibly
• Answer customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area
• Support bagging and assisting customers as needed
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and food-handling standards
• Promote Mother’s Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
