- Equipment Record Maintenance
- Obtaining OS/OW permits
- Annual DOT Compliance filings
- Phones (answering and routing calls)
- Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is a must
- Strong personnel skills
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient with Office programs
- Ability to learn procedures and proprietary systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-defined work ethic
