Growing medical management company based in the Danbury area is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team as they look to double in size in the next few years. Primary mode of growth is from acquiring new practices. This position will be the right hand of the Controller.
Responsibilities- Handle all bank reconciliations for the different practices
- Oversee AP & AR including posting to the GL monthly
- Assist controller with creating financial statements
- Responsible for variance analysis - budget vs actual
- Assist with acquisition accounting
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Net Suite highly preferred - will consider other large ERPs
- Experience working with revenue cycles a plus
