• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns, including:
  Individual (Form 1040), Partnership (Form 1065), Corporate (Forms 1120/1120S).

• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive public accounting experience with significant tax compliance and review responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120/1120S.
• Advanced proficiency with CCH Pro System fx Tax is required.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
