We are a fast-paced and growing family-owned, family-run business looking for an experienced office assistant.
Job Requirements Customer Service- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet walk-in customers and provide assistance.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and work performed.
- Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files and database records.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and service/installation departments.
- Manage salesman's appointment calendars.
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Proven customer support experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick Books (min of 3+ years required)
- Outstanding computer skills

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm;
Friday 11:30am-4pm;
Saturday 9am-12pm (rotating approx. one Sat a month) after approx 6-9 months of training.
