Position: Office & Customer Support Specialist | 401K + PTO

Danbury Overhead Door, located in Danbury, CT, is looking for an experienced office assistant. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick Books, and strong multitasking abilities.

Benefits include a competitive salary, 401K matching, and paid time off. Work hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday 11:30 AM to 4 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM to 12 PM (rotating approximately once a month after 6-9 months of training).
