Human Resources Assistant; Temp

The Temporary HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department with a primary focus on scanning, organizing, and electronically filing employee records. This position is responsible for accurately converting paper documents into electronic records while maintaining confidentiality and following established document handling and records management procedures.

• Scan and electronically convert HR documents and employee records in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately index, name, and organize electronic documents within the appropriate HR systems and/or document management system.
• Review scanned documents for legibility.
• Maintain organized paper and electronic files throughout the scanning process.
• Identify and appropriately handle duplicate, incomplete, or incorrectly filed documents.
• Ensure confidential employee information is handled securely and maintained in accordance with company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills
