Housing Specialist opening in Danbury, CT. $25 hr – 4-day work week – 35 hours. Temp-to-hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate resident files and coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs
- Support resident needs and coordinate maintenance requests
- Schedule and track unit inspections
- Manage delinquent accounts and post charges and credits
- Monitor vacant units and coordinate with admissions and maintenance teams
- Meet with residents as needed to address questions or concerns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or office experience
- Previous property management experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor with patience and strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (35 hours/week) - Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
