- Complete three 8-month rotations supporting Supply Chain business operations
- Perform hands-on day-to-day tasks and projects associated with each team/function
- Collaborate, consult, and build relationships with internal associates
- Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies in each rotation
- Analyze tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Research and analyze business problems with stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and develop project strategies
- Analyze data and market trends to inform strategies and support business cases
- Present strategy to senior leadership and lead or contribute to projects
- Lead or contribute to program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables
- Manage time and progress tasks with rotation leaders to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate knowledge of support-function roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools
- Complete and actively participate in all program elements, including a personal development plan
- Complete accreditation/certification requirements where applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related major by June 2027
- Previous internship experience required
- Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse preferred
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities
- Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the time of application
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning and development
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications
- Eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate within the Northeast region for rotations and ability to relocate nationwide after the program
- Ability to travel internationally
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills while effectively collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Proficient in project management and communication, with a focus on delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
