The Project Engineer supports the project team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and field support from preconstruction through project closeout. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in construction management who wants hands-on experience and mentorship.

• Assist with bidding, estimating, and preconstruction activities
• Maintain project documents, drawings, and specs in Procore
• Help manage submittals, RFIs, and project logs
• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes
• Support the field team with daily reports and photo documentation
• Assist with scheduling coordination and identifying potential issues
• Help coordinate inspections, testing, and regulatory approvals
• Support quality control and jobsite safety efforts
• Assist with punch lists, closeout documents, and owner training

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in a long-term career in construction
