Professional Cake Maker Wanted
We're seeking a talented, experienced cake professional to join a fast-paced, high-quality bakery operation. This is not a hobby baker role—we need a true professional with hands-on production experience.
What we're looking for:
- Expert cake decorating skills (custom cakes, finishing, detailed design work)
- Strong pastry decorating experience
- Chocolate work experience required
- Fondant/fondue finishing and decorative techniques
- Ability to execute consistently in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and presentation
Schedule:
- 4 or 5 day work week
- Weekend availability is mandatory
Compensation:
- $50,000 salary
- Stable, professional environment
