Receives incoming calls from customers; prioritizes, dispatches and follows up to completion;
Maintains two-way radio communication with all field staff, operate the computer aided dispatch (CAD) equipment;
Book, document all emergent and non-emergent requests for service;
Track and strategically deploy all transportation resources with CAD, maintain equipment within the communications center;
Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position
