Nuvance Health - - Responsibilities:
Receives incoming calls from customers; prioritizes, dispatches and follows up to completion;
Evaluates all potential problems and situations from incoming phone calls or from the monitoring of all computer-aided dispatch management systems;
Maintains situational awareness and notifies EMS administration of specific and evolving situations in the community;
Book, document all emergent and non-emergent requests for service;
Maintain two-way radio communication with all field staff, operate the computer aided dispatch (CAD) equipment
