We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist who enjoys working with people and being part of a busy, team-oriented environment. As one of the first people our guests interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our Service Department running smoothly.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Cashier repair orders and process payments
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and guest transportation
• Maintain accurate guest, vehicle, and repair order information
• Assist with extended warranty processing and other administrative tasks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
