Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping service operations running smoothly? This is a great opportunity to join a busy Danbury-area company in a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative role with steady weekday hours and room to grow.
What you will Do- Provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone.
- Answer questions regarding customer accounts and services.
- Troubleshoot concerns and work toward timely, effective resolutions.
- Schedule service technicians and coordinate appointment details.
- Enter and update information accurately while managing multiple priorities.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office or similar professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
- A dependable, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. - Pay: $23-$24 per hour.

$23.00 to $24.00 per hour
