Position Summary- Coordinate physician workflow for Jefferson outpatient sites and perform administrative tasks related to image‑reading efficiency.
- Organize workflows to maximize radiologist productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor work lists for exams performed, assigning STAT and subspecialty exams to appropriate radiologists for timely reading and ensuring coverage during lunch breaks.
- Coordinate with other Physician Support Associates (PSAs) to assign subspecialty reads.
- Review radiologists’ daily work schedules and communicate exams, procedures, STATs, and meetings to avoid workflow conflicts.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of medical office experience, preferably in radiology.
- Experience working directly with physician schedules or facilitating physician flow is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and radiology specialties.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency (including Microsoft Excel).

The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $23, with final determination based on factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
