Paradigm Endodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Endodontist to join our growing specialty practice. We are dedicated to providing exceptional endodontic care in a comfortable, state-of-the-art environment while building strong relationships with our referring dentists and delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Whether you're an experienced endodontist or a recent graduate, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow professionally while practicing high-quality, evidence-based endodontics.

• Monday – Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Three-day weekends every week – Fridays off!

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of endodontic conditions
• Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients and referring dentists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure outstanding patient experiences

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
• Eligible for Connecticut dental licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
