The Department of Neurology at the Yale School of Medicine seeks to hire a General Neurologist or subspecialty trained neurologist with interest in General Neurology at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor.
The Division of General Neurology evaluates and treats all neurological conditions. The division includes the Yale Headache Center, the Yale Neurology Resident Clinics, and the Neurology Urgent Access Clinic (NUAC), which expedites evaluation of patients from the emergency room or other physicians.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to adult general neurology and subspecialty patients.
- Participate in clinical trials.
- Teach and mentor residents and fellows.
- Collaborate with subspecialists and facilitate appropriate referrals within the department.
- MD or equivalent, board certified or board eligible in Neurology, and completed a fellowship in General Neurology.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut.
- Strong clinical, educational, and research background.
Practice location:
Fairfield County, Connecticut (Greenwich).
