We at MASC Medical are representing a well-established mental health practice in Danbury, Connecticut, that is actively seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist with a strong interest or specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This is a full-time, flexible opportunity offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care. Title :
Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered)
Schedule : 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care
Call :
Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks
Start Date :
Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end)
Patient Volume : 150–200 patients/week across the group
Population : ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment)
Credentialing Timeline : 6–8 weeks

Base Salary : $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater)
