A well-regarded and growing healthcare facility in Danbury, CT is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join its dedicated inpatient care team. This is a full-time, hospital-based position offering a structured schedule and a supportive environment ideal for both experienced physicians and recent residency graduates.

The hospital is modern and fully equipped with advanced EMR integration, on-site diagnostic services, and 24/7 access to specialists. You will work alongside a highly collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and care coordinators focused on delivering exceptional inpatient care and smooth transitions for discharged patients.

Key responsibilities include managing admissions, rounding on hospitalized adult patients, coordinating care with consulting specialists, leading discharge planning, and participating in clinical improvement initiatives. You will also contribute to quality and safety goals within the hospital’s dynamic care model.
