A non-profit healthcare organization in southwestern Connecticut with over 2600 Physicians has an excellent opportunity for a Gastroenterologist. We have a well-established, stable, busy practice of 15 Gastroenterologists and 10 advanced practitioners, providing outpatient and inpatient care.

• We have an excellent retention rate, with the current addition of Physicians due to growth and retirement
• The position offers a desirable call rotation of 1:17
• Weekend call averages 3 times per year
• Potential for a faculty appointment for those interested in teaching medical residents and students.
• 371 bed non-profit community hospital with a Level II Trauma Center
• The hospital has approximately 70,000 ED visits annually.
• We are affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine
• This is an employed position with guaranteed base salary and opportunity for productivity
• $75k Sign on/retention bonus plus relocation allowance.
