Qualifications- Valid CT Educator Certificate specific to School Psychology.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively serve Spanish‑speaking students and families.
- Comfort working with all grade levels and flexible in adapting to different caseloads as needs arise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, students, and families.
- Ability to conduct assessments, interpret data, and develop effective intervention plans tailored to individual students.
- Providing direct psychological services, including evaluation and counseling, to students across grade levels.
- Conducting assessments to determine students’ needs and recommend appropriate support strategies.
- Collaborating with school teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Offering consultation and guidance to educators and families on best practices for student development and mental health.
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a positive learning environment for all students.
