• Valid Connecticut Educator Certificate with Special Education endorsement required
• Full-time availability to meet the needs of the school year calendar
• Previous experience in a self-contained classroom environment preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and implement IEPs effectively

• Develop and carry out individualized educational plans tailored to student needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where all learners can thrive

• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
