The College is seeking part‑time lecturers to teach Liberal Arts & Education courses. Ideal candidates include recent retirees, career switchers, or those eager to teach.

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with approved course descriptions and schedules.
• Evaluate and assess student learning outcomes.
• Provide student support, mentoring, and academic advising.
• Develop curriculum and periodically review instructional materials.
• Maintain accurate student records and be available for student conferences as needed.
• Each semester maximum 16 weeks with 80 scheduled days of instruction and evaluation.
• Teach up to 8 credits per semester within the CSCC system.

• Master's degree or higher in subject matter or closely related field.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

• At least one year of college‑level teaching experience (24+ credits).
• Experience using technology to enhance learning (e.g., Blackboard, online instruction, or related software).

$2,112 per contact/credit hour ($6,336 for a 3‑credit course).
