Connecticut Institute for Communities Inc. is seeking a CDA Specialist to support 1–2 Head Start classrooms serving children from 6 months to 5 years.
You will help plan and implement routines, curricula, meals, and related activities under a licensed teacher, supporting a group of 14–20 children and/or 7–8 infants/toddlers. The role requires collaboration, confidentiality, and adherence to Head Start standards.
