Aspire Living & Learning in Connecticut seeks a Transition Teacher to support the Transition and Self Directed Service Program. You will implement individualized plans and supervise Behavior Therapists to ensure program goals are met.
Candidates should have a Master's degree (or higher) with CT certification, strong communication with families and districts, and a proven supervisory background. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule.
