Job Description At TEAM, Teacher’s Aides are an essential part of how we deliver on our promise to children and families. You’ll work alongside a dedicated classroom team — supported by education coordinators, behavioral health coordinators, disability specialists, family service workers, and health staff — to create an environment where every child has what they need to grow. What You’ll Do Actively supervise and engage with children to ensure their safety, well-being, and joy throughout each day Support the delivery of curriculum and daily routines under the direction of the Head and Assistant Teacher Use positive guidance strategies that help children feel secure and ready to learn

Build genuine connections with children, families, and teammates

Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming classroom environment

Assist with family engagement activities and help families feel connected to the program

Support documentation and file maintenance in accordance with program guidelines

Participate in staff trainings and agency events
