The role focuses on planning activities to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth for infants and toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years. Requirements include CDA certification or 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education, with a preference for an Associates or Bachelor's in ECE, Child Development, or Psychology.
