THE WORK

Sikorsky Innovations is at the forefront of multiple transformational initiatives across the Sikorsky portfolio. One of our high priority focus areas is the Advanced Manufacturing & Future Factory program – a cutting edge, highly automated production environment that integrates innovative design methods, next generation materials, and smart manufacturing technologies. We are seeking a leader to develop and shape the strategy for our next generation of rotorcraft designs.

As a key leader of our design team you will:

  • Develop both design methods and manufacturing methods for automated assembly of major aircraft components
  • Work with operations team to design future factories
  • Work with design teams to optimize designs for future factories

US citizenship required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted.
