Job Description & How to Apply Below

Product & Quality Engineering:
Building aerospace. Developing the people who engineer it. Because great engineers aren't simply hired. They're developed.

We're looking for people with curiosity, integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience is valuable, but it isn't everything. We can teach engineering systems, aerospace requirements, and technical processes. What we can't teach is the mindset to care, learn, improve, and take ownership.

If you're the kind of person who notices the small details others miss, naturally looks for more efficient ways to do things, and takes pride in doing quality work, we encourage you to apply. Maybe you've reorganized a workspace because it made more sense. Maybe you've built a better spreadsheet because there had to be a smarter way. Maybe you've caught a mistake simply because something didn't look right.

If that sounds familiar, you're exactly the kind of person we're looking for.

You don't need to have every technical skill on day one. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you build the engineering knowledge and technical skills needed to succeed.
