Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

• Support current systems and processes for Advanced Coating materials, including monitoring process health, investigating deviations, authoring and maintaining process documentation, and leading continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Investigate product or process failures and abnormalities, determine root cause, build corrective action plans, and drive those plans to completion.
• Implement improvements to help Entegris achieve its goal of best‑in‑class quality and lowest possible cost.
• Complete critical projects on time and within budget, satisfying internal or external customers.
• Support Process and Manufacturing teams, operators, and technicians to monitor and address reliability issues, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead equipment reliability projects and continuous improvement projects for overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Create, release, and train operators on maintenance work instructions, troubleshooting guides (TSG), and response flow checklists (RFCs).
• Use data to drive predictive maintenance and improve detection of operational changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with equipment control systems, automation, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control, DOE, and Lean/Six Sigma concepts with statistical analysis software such as Minitab.
• Ability to work fully on‑site in both a lab and office environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects within an ISO/GMP environment.
• Experience using MES systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Solid Works, AutoCAD, Inventor, or other design software.
• Clean room experience is a plus; some handling of toxic materials required.
