ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Field Land Surveyor/Party Chief for our operations in the Danbury, Connecticut area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!

Primary responsibilities include:

• Construction stakeout
• Construction asbuilts (wall checks/ Location Surveys)
• Topographic surveys
• Residential Infrastructure stakeout (water, sewer, storm C&G)
• Site asbuilts
• Basic computations/cutsheets
• Boundary Surveys
• ALTA Surveys

Qualifications:

• Ability to stay up to date with the ever-changing survey technology
• Comfortable working alone in isolated and remote areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can excel in a physical and technically demanding position
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings
• Basic understanding of Survey specific codes and Regulations

• 5+ years of related experience
• AutoCAD experience a plus
• High School Education or Equivalent
• Additional Survey specific classes a plus
• Clean driving record
