Our client is a dental healthcare technology company. They seek an FP&A Analyst to join their Danbury, CT office.
Responsibilities- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance and trend analysis
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles through detailed modeling and data integrity checks
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across practices, service lines, and regions
- Partner with Operations and RCM teams to connect operational drivers to financial performance
- Produce ad hoc financial analyses and management reports for executive and board-level audiences
- Maintain and enhance FP&A models, dashboards, and data visualization tools
- Support M&A financial due diligence, integration analysis, and post-close tracking
- 2-5 years of FP&A experience
- Public, private or combo experience
- Financial modeling experience required
- Data modeling and ROI experience
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Power
BI experience is a plus
