Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and review, organize, and compile management reports to ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.;
Communicate concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and perform guest service agent duties as required (check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, reservations).;
Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports; prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.;
Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Cashiers work; audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.;
Input and update financial information into the corporate communications network; handle guest requests; overnight shift/weekends required.
