A global firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team in a newly created role reporting to the Head of Tax. This position offers broad exposure across U.S. and international tax within a complex, multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee U.S. corporate and individual tax compliance
- Support international tax matters, including cross-border reporting and filings
- Manage FBAR/Form 8938 and other regulatory requirements
- Assist with tax provision (ASC 740) and planning initiatives
- Partner with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions
- 6–15+ years of tax experience (public or private)
- Strong U.S. and international tax exposure
