Pay Rate: $19.00 – $19.50/hour

Locations: Danbury, Ridgefield, and New Milford, CT

Schedule: We offer guaranteed set schedules including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts, and weekends! (One weekend day required)

What You’ll Do
  • Daily Living Support: Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation, and appointments when needed
  • Skill Development: Help individuals work toward personalized goals in areas such as budgeting, meal planning, hygiene, and communication
  • Case

    Collaboration:

    Partner with clinical teams to track goals, provide feedback, and create recreational opportunities
  • Community Engagement: Encourage participation in activities like movies, shopping, crafts, fitness, and outings—bring your creativity!
  • Promote Independence: Coach and support individuals in real-life situations to foster self-reliance in both residential and community settings
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • No prior experience needed — we provide all training
  • Ideal for someone independent, proactive, and passionate about building relationships
