Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - CT
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
Job TypeContract
Salary$100 – $125 per hour
Responsibilities- Deliver on‑site crisis response to employees and organizations after workplace incidents.
- Conduct rapid assessments and provide immediate therapeutic interventions.
- Coordinate debriefings and follow‑up care as needed.
- Document incidents, actions taken, and outcomes using the R3C mobile app.
- Comprehensive crisis‑response training.
- Flexible, case‑by‑case scheduling.
- Personalized support and mentoring.
- Simple electronic reporting via mobile app.
- Supplemental income potential.
- License in Connecticut (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000.
- Completed R3C DEM crisis response training or certified equivalent.
- Willingness to receive training at no cost if not already certified.
