Cadence Wellness is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our integrated performance and recovery practice in Danbury, Connecticut.

We serve veterans, first responders, athletes, and high‑stress professionals.

Cadence Wellness operates inside a 3,750 sq ft clinical and performance facility in Danbury, CT.

We integrate:

• Movement and breathwork
• Contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge)

This is not traditional outpatient therapy.

This is structured, regulation‑first, performance‑oriented work.

You will:

• Provide individual trauma‑informed therapy
• Deliver EMDR when appropriate
• Develop structured treatment plans
• Collaborate within an integrated performance environment

• $1,000/month facility fee
• + 20% of collected clinical revenue

• Insurance billing integration
• Website listing & brand positioning
• Contrast therapy integration
• Collaborative clinical environment

• Active LPC license in Connecticut (or license‑eligible)
• Experience in trauma‑informed therapy
• EMDR trained or pursuing training
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Interest in performance and nervous system‑based approaches

• Values structure and accountability
• Comfortable working with high‑performing populations
