This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,900 , based on five 8-hour day shifts per week , providing an excellent opportunity to expand your rehabilitative care expertise in a welcoming, patient-centered environment focused on recovery and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Physical Therapist:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Adhere to all facility, state, and federal guidelines for physical therapy services
Requirements of the Travel Physical Therapist:
Active Connecticut PT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 years of recent Physical Therapy experience in an acute setting
Strong communication, assessment, and patient engagement skills
Dedication to evidence-based, patient-centered care
