Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule)
License Requirement: Active Connecticut LADC license (required)

Position OverviewThe therapist will provide substance use evaluations, individual counseling, and coordinate care with our psychiatric providers and therapists. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team-based environment. Experience in substance use disorder needed.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments
- Provide individual and/or group substance use counseling
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PA, and therapists
- Provide relapse prevention and psychoeducation
- Participate in case consultation as needed
